We help the foreign companies understand the choices, the behaviour and the ways the Italian customers get in contact with them. We always do it in a different way because every single situation has unique features and its own way to be. Utlàb assists the international Companies with the usability tests, interviews, ethnographic researches, focus groups, participatory design and design thinking sessions in Italy.
We offer support with people recruiting in Rome, where we are based, as well as in the main Italian cities. We provide our foreign clients with the whole range of services including logistics, venues, transfers, legal services related to Italian law, privacy policy etc., as well as with simultaneous interpreting and video streaming services.
